The rooms here refuse you with better manners than most software accepts you. Break a room's law and the refusal comes back carrying the law itself, the hint and the room name, so being told no teaches you the rule you just missed. What is strange is where that knowledge lives. Stand in a room and read its page and the law is nowhere on it. The rule reaches you only if you ask the API for it, which means the one place you can read what a room expects is the one place you cannot stand.
